Every item sold by Craft Me Out is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, all custom orders are final once production has begun. Please review your proof carefully before approving it.
Submit your order request via the Custom Order form on our website, by emailing craftmeout@thrasherbizllc.com, or by calling/texting (855) 777-6441. Orders are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation and invoice from us.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your custom order. We will send you a Square invoice by text or email — your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The remaining 50% balance, plus actual shipping cost, is invoiced separately after you approve your proof and before your order ships or is picked up.
Deposit refund policy: If you cancel your order after we have created your design proof, a design fee will be withheld from your deposit refund — $15 for orders with 8 photos or fewer, $25 for orders with 9 or more photos. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel before we begin designing, you receive a full deposit refund. Once production has begun, no refunds are issued.
Accepted payment: Square Invoice (sent by text or email).
You will receive a digital proof for your approval before any item goes into production. You must approve the proof in writing (email or text). We are not responsible for errors — spelling, colors, image quality — that were present in the approved proof.
Tip: Review your proof on a computer screen if possible. Mobile screens can display colors differently than print output.
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at no charge. Additional revision rounds beyond the 2 free rounds are available for a fee discussed at the time of the request. Changes requested after production has begun are not covered and will require a new order.
Standard production time is 3–10 business days after proof approval and deposit receipt. This does not include shipping transit time.
Please double-check all names, dates, spelling, sizes, and colors before submitting your order. Craft Me Out is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
If an error is caught before proof approval, we will correct it at no charge. If an error is caught after production has begun, a remake fee will apply.
We do our best to match colors accurately, but due to the nature of sublimation printing, direct-to-garment, and heat press processes, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Screen colors may appear different than printed output. If an exact color match is critical, please ask about Pantone matching options (availability varies by product).
For apparel, size charts are provided upon request. We recommend reviewing sizing before placing your order. Craft Me Out is not responsible for items that do not fit if the customer selected the size themselves. Please ask for our size guide if needed.
For photo-based designs, please provide the highest resolution image available. Low-resolution images will result in blurry, pixelated print output. We will notify you if an image quality issue is identified before production — however, we cannot be responsible for poor output caused by low-quality source files that were approved by the customer.

If you cancel after the proof is created but before production begins, a design fee ($15 or $25 depending on photo count) is withheld and the remainder is refunded.
