All items are made to order. Production begins after you approve your design proof and your deposit is received. Standard production time is 3–10 business days depending on order complexity and current volume.
Rush orders (needed in under 3 business days) are available subject to schedule and incur an additional rush fee of 20–30%. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
We offer free local pickup in the Las Vegas area. Pickup is available by appointment at our commercial address: 2780 S Jones Blvd Ste 221, Las Vegas, NV 89146.
We will notify you when your order is ready and coordinate a pickup time. Please do not arrive without confirming an appointment first.
Local delivery within the Las Vegas metro area may be available for an additional fee. Delivery fees are determined based on distance and order size and will be quoted at the time of order. Contact us to discuss local delivery options.
We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size and weight. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and added to your invoice.
Craft Me Out ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Your total wait time = production time + shipping transit time. For example, an order with a 5-day production time shipped via standard shipping could take 8–12 business days total to arrive.
If you have a deadline, please mention it when submitting your order so we can plan accordingly.
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email or text. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com).
Craft Me Out is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit: contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will file a carrier claim and work with you to replace or refund the order.
If your package arrives damaged: contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
Important: Please keep all original packaging when reporting a damaged package. Carriers may require it for their claims process.
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Craft Me Out is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs.
