Short version: Because every item is custom-made for you, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds once production has started. However, if we made an error, we will make it right.
Custom-made items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. For this reason, all custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes all apparel, drinkware, home decor, accessories, and personalized gift items.
We strongly encourage you to review your proof carefully and ask questions before giving approval.
If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us before production begins (before you approve your design proof). In that case:
Once production has begun (materials purchased, printing started, or assembly underway), no cancellations or refunds are available. You will still be responsible for the full order balance.
We stand behind our work. If a problem is the result of our error, we will remake the item or issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Qualifying issues include:

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to replace the item. See our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy for full details.
Digital files (SVGs, PNGs, and printables) are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have a technical issue accessing your file, contact us and we will help. See our Digital Download Policy.
