Digital Download Policy

Our digital files are sold through our Etsy shop: etsy.com/shop/CraftMeOutDesigns. Purchases made on Etsy are also subject to Etsy's Buyer Policy. This policy covers our own licensing terms for the files themselves.

1. What Are Digital Downloads?

Digital downloads are files you can purchase and download immediately — no physical item is shipped. Our digital file offerings include:

SVG files (for use with Cricut, Silhouette, and other cutting machines)
PNG files (transparent background, ready for sublimation or printing)
Printable designs (PDF or high-resolution JPG)
Sublimation templates and designs
Affirmation and wellness prints

2. Instant Delivery

Once payment is confirmed through Etsy, your files are available for immediate download from your Etsy account. You will also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Files are available for download for a limited time via Etsy — save your files to your own device or cloud storage after purchase.

3. License — What You Can Do

Each purchase includes a personal use license unless the listing specifically states otherwise. With a personal use license, you may:

Use the file to create physical products for yourself or as personal gifts.
Print the design for personal use or to give as a one-time gift.
Use SVG files with your own cutting machine for personal crafting projects.

4. License — What You Cannot Do

Unless you purchase a commercial license (where available), you may not:

Sell physical products made with our designs for profit.
Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file itself.
Upload our designs to print-on-demand platforms (Redbubble, Printify, Merch by Amazon, etc.).
Claim the design as your own or remove our branding/watermarks.
Use the design for commercial purposes without purchasing a commercial license.

5. No Refunds on Digital Files

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital file sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your file, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

6. File Formats & Compatibility

We clearly state file formats in each listing. It is your responsibility to ensure your software, machine, or device is compatible with the file format before purchasing. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your specific tools or software.

Common software used with our files: Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Canva (PNG), and any standard PDF viewer.

7. Customization Requests

Need a digital file customized — different name, color, size, or text? We offer custom digital design services. Contact us to discuss your needs and pricing. Custom digital files are delivered via email or direct download link.

8. Copyright

All digital designs created by Craft Me Out are the intellectual property of Craft Me Out / ThrasherBiz LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without a license is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.
